I like this article because it gives you tips to help keep you healthy while you work. One thing I find myself thinking about is if you are unhappy and unhealthy at work, you will not have energy to have a life outside of work. You also will want to do the best you can at work, because it may help you get the best benefits, such as better pay, from work that you can do. You may also feel happier with setting goals and meeting in both your professional and personal life.
One thing that really stood out to me was, in this article, is if you take public transportation to work its healthier. I understand that walking or riding your bike to work is healthy, but I thought that taking public transportation to and from work, which in some cities depending on where you live, may take shorter or longer to get to work and home, I thought it would cause more health issues just like if you were riding in a car.
One thing that I am guilty of is drinking too much coffee. I started drinking a lot of coffee after I graduated from college. I felt tired during the day. I do not want this bad habit to follow me when I start working. I now need to cut back so I can do the best I can when I start working.
