When I was younger, I didn’t really understand what having a disability meant. I thought about many different careers, and through the years my ideas changed. If I didn’t have a disability today, I would probably be:
- In the medical field. Being a doctor or a pediatrician, but I have a tender heart, but there are always room for helpers and healers. I love working with kids and I thought being a pediatrician would be amazing because as a kid I looked up to my doctor as someone I would want to be.
2. I always wanted to work with animals. I dreamed of being in a vet setting or maybe even at SeaWorld. As a young kid I always dreamed about working with the whales and dolphins and being in the shows.
Oh, and even though this isn’t a job, I would love to be able to drive.
